The 21-Day Spiritual Training Challenge

YOUR GYM
IS THE MISSION
FIELD.

You already know what daily training does for the body. Imagine what it does for the soul. The Hope Project gives gym owners a 21-day spiritual training challenge to make faith as daily as the WOD.

The Problem

GOOD
INTENTIONS.
LOW
ENGAGEMENT.

"My athletes tell me they want the Bible studies and they want the faith + fitness events. But then life happens and they end up missing them. It's frustrating."
— Mark Gonzales, Owner, Rebel Athletics & Fitness

Your gym is spiritual because you are spiritual. The faith + fitness workouts, the devotionals, the Bible studies — it all matters. But what about the days in between? What if you had something spiritual to offer your athletes every day?

Introducing Fit for the Cross™ — spiritual training for everyday life.

The Framework

SPIRITUAL GROWTH
IS NOT RANDOM.

Fit for the Cross™ was designed using the same methodology that produces physical transformation. This is fitness training for the soul. Four components. Each one feeding the next. Each one essential.

"And we all, who with unveiled faces contemplate the Lord's glory, are being transformed into his image with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit."

2 Corinthians 3:18

Ever-increasing glory. Transformation is progressive. It accumulates. It compounds. It does not plateau — as long as the cycle continues.

1
Fuel

Daily spiritual workouts provide the nutrition your soul needs before the day begins.

2
Life

God has a workout for you every day. The challenges of life are the actual training ground.

3
Adaptation

A gradual shift in how you respond, who you're becoming, and what your life actually looks like.

4
Transformation

When what God is doing on the inside becomes visible on the outside.

Fit for the Cross™ delivers spiritual training to your gym through one simple tool — the Spiritual Workout of the Day.

What You Get

EVERYTHING YOU NEED
TO RUN IT.

We give you everything you need to make spiritual training as daily as the WOD — workouts, setup, promotion, community, and care. All free.

01
21 Spiritual WODs

A Spiritual Workout of the Day (SWOD) takes the WOD format your athletes already live in and fills it with spiritual training. When they see "As Many Rounds As Possible: Share a word of hope with someone," they know exactly what to do.

Days 1–21
02
⚙️
Plug-and-Play Setup

The SWODs live in your existing gym software — no new app, no new platform. We teach you how to set up a spiritual programming track in Wodify, Push Press, SugarWOD, or whatever you use. In about an hour of your time a month, you offer your athletes something spiritual every day. The 21-day Challenge lets you see if the time investment is worth it.

WHAT COACHES
ARE SAYING.

"

The Hope Project gave us a way to do what we always knew we were supposed to do in our gym but never had the tools for. Our members aren't just getting fitter — they're actually growing. That's what we were after.

"

I've been coaching for 12 years and this is the first framework I've seen that actually bridges what we do in the gym with spiritual transformation in a way that doesn't feel forced or churchy. Athletes receive it because it speaks their language.

BUILT BY A
COACH. FOR
COACHES.

I've been coaching since 2010. I've trained athletes in CrossFit affiliates, worked with U.S. Army soldiers, and spent years building a coaching methodology that works in the real world.

I also hold a Master's in Christian Leadership from Dallas Theological Seminary. The Hope Project exists because I couldn't find a system that took both seriously — so I built one.

Acts 20:24 drives everything we do: finishing the race, completing the task, testifying to the gospel of God's grace. That's the mission. The gym is the vehicle.
